Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Elite Wash.

Payment

  • Applicable taxes will be charged additionally and reflected in the invoice.

  • Any advance payment must be mentioned in the Pickup Delivery Invoice.

  • In case of loss or damage to a garment, the maximum compensation will not exceed five times the processing cost of that garment.

  • The final invoice will be provided at the time of delivery.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be completed within 36 to 72 hours.

  • Services are available except on national and regional holidays and Sundays.

  • Any special instructions must be clearly mentioned in the Pickup Delivery Invoice.

  • Customers are advised to check their garments and belongings before handing them over for pickup, as we will not be responsible for any missing items after pickup.

  • We do not accept garments that cannot be processed.

  • Any detachable parts of garments will be counted and charged separately.

  • Customers must count all garments before handing them over for pickup and while receiving them upon delivery. Claims regarding missing garments will not be entertained after payment is made.

Quality Assurance

  • No liability will be assumed for garments that are already old, damaged, or torn prior to processing.

  • Any concerns regarding quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Color blending issues are not covered under our responsibility.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be in Hyderabad.
